The Beach House is a run down, disreputable building set on a cliff overlooking the Santa Monica beach and pier. It has an unsavoury past and reputation, having been the site of a suspected drug deal gone wrong about a decade ago. More recently, it was occupied by a the Thin-Blooded Kindred known as Rosa, before she left without warning.
