Rosa is a young Hispanic Thin-Blooded vampire and, as such, some of the Camarilla Kindred of Los Angeles distrust and loathe her, if are not actively acting against her. She has the power to see the future, although not vividly and only for a short duration.
Other, more knowledgeable Kindred have theorized that it is very likely that Rosa was Embraced by a Malkavian Kindred, because her gift of foresight may be attributed to a possible connection with the Cobweb.
Rosa can normally be found at the beach near the Santa Monica Pier, where outcast Thin Bloods previously gathered. She seems to be the last remaining Thin Blooded Kindred, however.
